At LifeBrook Church, we want to make it easy to request space for ministry events, meetings, community partnerships, and facility rentals. Use the options below to submit your request. Once submitted, our team will review the details and follow up with any next steps, approvals, or scheduling information.
Facility Rental Request
Interested in using LifeBrook’s facilities for a community event, private gathering, outside organization, or rental opportunity? This request form is intended for outside groups, organizations, and individuals using the space for non-LifeBrook events.
Approved rentals help support the facility and operational costs associated with hosting events in our space.

Church / School Event Request
Are you a LifeBrook ministry leader, church member, school group, campus club, or student organization planning a Bible study, meeting, gathering, or school-related event? This form is intended for approved LifeBrook ministries, member-led groups, and student organizations using the facility for church or campus-related activities.
Use this form to request space, coordinate scheduling, and communicate any setup or support needs for your event.
